Why do both parties pay a fee?
It proves real interest and filters out time-wasters. Each side pays 0.5% of the amount, minus any loyalty discount.
What if the fee isn't paid in 60 minutes?
The session expires automatically and nothing else happens.
Why can't I share my phone number in chat?
Keeping talks in the app protects both sides and keeps a record if there's a dispute.
What are the meetup tokens?
Each side gets a one-time code. In person, you type the other person's code to confirm they are the real trader.
What if the trader doesn't show up?
Use 'Report a problem'. The trader is hidden from your results and the report affects their reputation.
How do I reach VIP?
Each completed swap earns XP. See the VIP page for levels and perks.
